So I had to of course go and pick this up today, and so far it’s very well worth it. Very simple to use, and is a good way to work out. It won’t replace my gym time, but it will be a great addition to that now as well as be good for me in the winters up here when you can’t go running outside…or go outside at all!
Don’t have a Wii & not going to get one anytime soon!!
Not my type of game, but good for you.
Then why post here? Or better yet…why post saying you don’t have one?
Anyways, I don’t really consider it a game. It’s more or less just something that I can now use to augment my own daily excersise routine. Some days the gym is just way to crowded, or days when it’s rainy outside and I can’t work out there. It’s nice to have something I can work out to inside. Winter here is where it will really count though. All the darkness and the snow outside tends to keep you locked up indoors!
its weird that parents think that wii fit is a good idea for young kids, the amount of people who buy that game for the eight to twelve year olds. i think wii fit is a good idea in conjunction with a healthy diet and a good work out regime. personally i dont think the cardio is good on it
