The basement has a new floor (at least partially)

My mom put the mats down on the floor this weekend.

She also dried out the peice of carpet that was there during the flood and cut strips of it to place around the smaller areas of the basement.

It looks very redneck, but…I live in north Georgia, it’s to be expected.

And yes… before you ask, I know there’s a bath seat and a lawnmower in my garage. I own a lawn business and that’s one of the three lawn mowers that won’t fit in the shed with the four main ones. The bath seat is used when I put my shoes on to go to work and as a general stool for things around the basement.

I\d go whole hog with the mats. And why the hell have you so many lawn mowers?

Looks good, now remove the shelves next to the stairs, and slap up a reloading bench. Then you won’t have to put any more mats down there… Yeah, that’s the ticket!

If you had to floor a warehouse or something you could really make a huge low-res picture using those squares.

Just don’t step on the red squares whatever you do, never step on the red squares.
