Natasha Richardson, for those who don’t know, died yesterday following a skiing accident in Canada. She was 45. I remember her best from Nell and the remake of The Parent Trap. She was a very talented actress, very beautiful, and by all accounts a good person. She will be missed. Rest in peace, Natasha.

I remember her from The Handmaid’s Tale, which is based on a book I have read many a times.

I was sorry to hear of her death. Accidents happen.

I don’t ever feel a thing when people die or even care but this time I actually did feel something in my heart. I was devoted to her because she was the sister of my former favorite actress Joely Richardson so I had a emotional connection to actually feel something. I was thinking “Nooooooo.”

It could have been worse though. What if it were Johnny Depp or Mary Stuart Masterson, probably more effect and emotion.

I didn’t enjoy reading the Handmaid’s Tale much at all. It was alright, but pretty irritating.

I only saw the Parent Trap also. I never knew she was in that movie either.
