I’ve been thinking about writing a story about a woman who while heavily pregnant indulges in her adult baby fantasies or finds her baby is pushing on her bowels and bladder so much she has to wear diapers.
Would anyone be intrested in a prodject like this?

As long as it’s done well, and doesn’t violate the rules, it’s welcome here.
To be personally honest, that isn’t something I’m into, or have considered interesting. I would read it, however, because I am a little curious if what you’d make of it.

Great. You’ve made it so it’s a toss-up between being more AB or more DL. I guess maybe you could have the story have two versions and do both, but that might understandable be to much work for you. Why does it even ever have to come down to this? This reality infinitely sucks. >:( :’( Just do which ever you want, the most solid fact to keep in mind is it’s the writers decision, not anyone elses. The best verdict to come to will usually be that some like me is just being petty. I shouldn’t care because of that fact.

Not answering for him or anything but…
If it’s readable (Grammar, punctuation, spelling) then it’s some level of good, by default. If not, you’ll put off most readers, not matter how interesting the actual content.
It can be a deep plot, or a quick glimpse. Fapfiction is fine, but it’s better if it draws in the reader. Being descriptive is important. If diaper changes, or accidents, are to be highlights, then you’ll want to give them due attention. If you want to focus on the characters, then cluing us into what they’re thinking or feeling will add to that, greatly
Short version, it’ll be good or bad, depending on if it’s written well, or poorly. Even with the content that’s common here, your subject matter may be too much for some.

Dialogue that sounds like conversations people would actually have.

My thoughts too. If the protagonist tells her husband this I would think he’d be a VERY rare individual if he just agreed to do this just like that. It would more likely be a fairly long conversation, or possibly a series of conversations as she tries to broach the subject and then explain her fetish. I doubt the conversation would be like:
“Honey, I’m home.” Mike closed the door and hung up his jacket before heading to the kitchen.
Julia looked up from behind the fridge door. She had obviously been looking for something to feed her odd cravings. Mike kissed her and ran a hand gently over her growing belly.
“Mike, we need to talk about something,” Julia pulled away and wrapped her arms around herself.
“Oh crap,” Mike thought. “What did I forget now?”
“I want to wear diapers and use them. I want you to treat me just like a baby.”
“Oh, OK,” Mike said with a sigh of relief. “I thought it was something serious.”
Yeah, I don’t think that’d happen. :laugh:

Leaking and light incontinence is an actual thing that can happen to pregnant women. It doesn’t need to be as cookie cutter as “girl likes diapers and is using x scenario as an excuse to get them.” It’d me more of an interesting story that the boyfriend got her pregnant by mistake and it’s a failing relationship but the boyfriend has issues with his own father so he vows to stay with her and she is under all this stress from the pregnancy and is slowly becoming incontinent from it thus adding more strain on their relationship but slowly, her incontinence makes her rely on him more and the diapers become a symbol of them “holding it in” together or something along those lines.
Obviously it doesn’t have to be THAT crazy and out there as what I’m suggesting. It’s quite insane and very hard to write but this is a unique angle for a diaper story I’ve not seen before and would really like a genuine story out of it.

Well, if we’re making suggestions…
I’d go the route of awakening. At first, she doesn’t even consider diapers, she’s just pregnant. But slowly, she begins to gather clothes and other items, for the child. As she sees each new item, she finds a strange interest therein. Her thoughts occasionally drift, imagining how comfortable those clothes might be. These thoughts progress, becoming more frequent, and more apparent. She then begins to call on faint memories of being cared for at a very young age. The thought of diapers comes as she is gifted several packages. Again, her mind recalls a lack of responsibility, basking in the loving care of her mother’s attention.
She may desire these things during pregnancy, maybe she experiences some slight incontinence. Perhaps the stress of motherhood causes her to wet the bed. Perhaps the husband/boyfriend does his part to ease her burden, by pampering her just like their newborn child. (Pun not intended, but not actively avoided)
Bonus points for her to begin craving something like baby food for formula.
Tell you what, just write a bunch of stories with different paths, and we’ll figure out which one we like best. Heh.

I think, regardless, that all these suggestions require a level of art that isn’t available to the would-be fap writer.
Point being, if you’re jerking off with one hand while you type with the other, you’re going to be crushed by this audience, and deservedly so. But if you think it through and aim for realism, this crowd will buy what you’re selling.

It is a bit like drugs. You can’t take the drugs you are selling or you will be an addict and not really care about selling. With ABDL stories, you can’t really fap and write at the same time. It does something to your brain and what you write ends up not being as good as you thought it was. It ends up being terrible.

I’m sorry xD I’m just a pessimist and I write more gloomy tales of things falling apart as opposed to your more cheery tone. It goes without saying neither is better than the other, I just find pleasure in the pain. That is actually a unique framing device as well. A mother-to-be daydreaming about being a baby herself despite no prior interest. It certainly has waaaay more potential than the cookie cutter.
I honestly don’t know how people are able to write those. The arc is complete so quickly. Character wants it, character gets. Obviously a good writer can (and some have) made this framing device work. I think if I was good enough, I’d attempt some satire of these tropes but Alisa in the diaper dimension kinda did that in its opening few chapters. Not to comedic heights but toyed with the self-awareness that parody is born in. Maybe one of you actual good writers could try.
