I found an interesting choose your own adventure the other day called the Masculine Mystique. Warning; it is a very adult story featuring gender transformation and the opportunities to either be very dominant or very submissive. You can find it pretty easy through google if you want.
The story had embedded links to the java script used to make it. I decided to kick the code around and whipped up a quick demo this afternoon of how an old story of mine could be converted into a choose your own adventure. I’m posting it here because the original was well received here.

I was curious if there’d be any interest in something like this. This is by no means anything other then a tech demo. Aside from what you can see, there’s also some hidden variables generated based on your decisions, which in this case are just how much she denies things. I think if the project were to get fleshed out further, it’d be interesting to fork the story as either Hannah submissively accepts what’s happening to her and seeks help, or she denies it repeatedly and turns to trying to take as many people with her as possible (if everyone wets their bed, it doesn’t make her the odd one out :P) or some such non-sense.
Anyways, just something fun to think on.
Edit: The photos used are just stock photos from the Internet. In anything other then a demo, I’d either commission art or seek a volunteer artist or something. They’re just placeholders.
