MLK 3-Day Weekend

Do you get Monday off from work/school too? What are your plans for this 3-Day weekend?

For me, I plan on spending much of it diapered in front of the fireplace and writing. Oh I will eventually wander outside but not too much. It is sub-freezing here in the Valley and this padded boy doesn’t do cold well at all! I really need to consider moving somewhere where it is warm all year long!

I have the day off work. Tonight I have a birthday party for a friend at work. Tomorrow, nothing at all. Monday, going to the mall with a friend while she gets her hair colored, and going out to dinner.

I get Monday off. Currently I have zero plans, just like always.

I plan to recover from a week long business trip and the cold.

Work today, tomorrow and the next day. Ain’t no rest for the weary. Lol. The only day my company is fully closed is Christmas.

Only kidding of course. I have the day off but not because where I work is closed, but because I just don’t work there very often.

My plans changed and I ended up working Sunday and though I could stay home today (Monday) I’m about to head for the office. I am going to go in early though. I figure that way I can work a full day, get a full days pay and still be home early.

It has still been an enjoyable weekend thus far.

I didn’t really do anything but lay around all weekend. I did recover from the business trip.

Absolutly nothing wrong with laying around all weekend. Actually I wish I had done more of that myself. hehe!

Some of my best mini-vacations (weekends) come about from no plans at all!

It ended up being a pretty busy day as it was a national holiday and more people than usual had the day off. I got worked like a rented mule the last three hours of work since only two people are needed to close the store and today my coworker was suffering from an abscessed tooth and practically passed out in the office from the pain.
