They had to move the game that the Vikings were supposed to play today against the NY Giants to Detroit. The game will be played at Ford Field tomorrow night at 7 pm.

I think this will pressure finally Minneapolis to build a new stadium for the Vikings. They could while the Metrodome is being rebuilt play over at TCF Bank Stadium, the new home of the Minnesota State Screaming Eagles- Erm, I mean Minnesota Golden Gophers. LOL. Sorry, I couldn’t resist a ‘Coach’ reference.

I could not believe it when I heard about the roof collapse after I got off work yesterday afternoon. Just so ya know, we’re getting snow here.

BC Place in Vancouver had a roof collapse in 2007. It’s the same class of roof that was used for the Metrodome. Many of us can remember it used for the opening and closing of the 2010 Winter Games. The roof collapse is ultimately what led to the place to get the roof refurbished after the Winter Games.

I have one suggestion- Just tear the roof off the bastard and just turn it into an outdoor stadium. LOL
