He’s a great writer even if I’ve never been a fan. Just another spot of bad news this year. I’m sure others here have more to say. It’s always sad to see someone leave any community.

Do we need to worry about his stories disappearing here? I know he’s a member, but if he deletes his account the forum posts remain, right?
Should we work on making sure his stories from AR Archive are all duplicated here?

Correct. They’ll just show up as “Deleted Member” or something like that.

If he asks for his account to be removed all his posts will be aswell unless he specifically asks for them not to be. And yes, that will include any reposts of his stories by other members.

Damn. I’m going to miss his stories. He was kind of like the Stephen King of the ABDL world. Personal issues happen. I wish him the best and hope everything works out.

Thought I addressed this. If he does ask to have his account removed (you can’t delete your own FYI) and lets his posts stay, they’ll still show his username, it just won’t link to his profile. The ones you see that don’t do that either were from accounts deleted before I started hosting it (PHPbb does that in certain configurations) or they were posts that belonged to Kita’s original admin account, and since this is in a guest accessible forum that’s as far as I’m going with that answer 
LIke I said though, unless he specifically requests it, his stories (and all his posts actually) will be removed if he asks to have his account removed. I know I personally haven’t been contacted about it yet. Can’t speak for Wingz or Kita on that one obviously.
I would definitely recommend saving any that are here if you want to still have them just in case.
Eww. I just realized I’ll have to purge the development board as well that runs the code that’s too unstable to even think of running on the main board yet. The deletion functions are disabled on it so I’d have to purge its database then import a fresh copy of the current DB post purge if this happens…

You did, but not until an hour and a half after WBDaddy originally responded. My post → WB’s post (5 minutes later) → your first response → different, unrelated reply from Cute-Kitten → your second reply.

Ah. I read it as “hey dummy, I already talked about this” rather than “oops, I thought I had already mentioned this but I didn’t.” I guess I’ve been reading a lot of your posts recently as a semi-annoyed, impatient person that I defaulted to that tone when I read your second reply.

Renko, is it possible to change that rule? Have it be that the posts remain unless specifically asked by the person leaving? Idk, I feel like the erasure of ABDL fiction history is kind of a bad move unless the original creator specifically wants all mention of his existence gone. Am I taking this too seriously lol?

Considering the only reasons accounts get deleted are for spamming or when someone leaves the community and wants to remove all traces it would be kind of dumb to change it.

I don’t think it’s fair to the hard working pill spammers to have their work removed without their consent. Depriving future generations of great one of a kind deals on Viagra seems inhumane. :laugh: ;D
