... I've spent HOW long here...?!

I just now really digested the “Total time logged in” line up there at the top of the site.

I’m barely a participant here… I generally save stories to my desktop and read them offline (weird, yeah, old habit)… and yet somehow, I’ve spent over two days of my life here.

That’s 2 days, 5 hours and 3 minutes, as of the start of writing this post.

I… don’t know what to say ???

I will admit, some of my very favorite stories have been posted here.

Anyway, just thought I’d share :stuck_out_tongue:

Re: … I’ve spent HOW long here…?!

I think most people would surprised if they paid attention to that. You can tell I do a lot of behind the scenes stuff. Mine is currently sitting at a little over 6 months total logged in time

Incidentally, that counter is actually not that accurate. I’ve actually been logged in on at least one device since the day I started hosting the board so mine should should be measured in years

Re: … I’ve spent HOW long here…?!

Mine says 6 day, 19 hours, 51 minutes. I’m attributing it to never logging out unless I close Chrome and have to log back in.

Re: … I’ve spent HOW long here…?!

Actually it’s a bit more complicated. If you don’t ever logout it’s actually based on how much time the Who’s online has shown you active, which is why mine should be way higher. There used to a script that ran under my account that accessed the board regularly to perform a specific check and it would cause me to show up as online for weeks at a time. That’s why my account was (and still is) hidden on the Who’s Online.

It should in theory. The code is there and the flag isn’t set in the database to prevent it.

By posts: General
By Activity: Beta Testers (which I really need to update)

The activity one is weird since it’s based on the percentage of posts in that forum being yours, which is why Beta Testers is my highest by activity.

Yep. If there were any Global Moderators they’d be able to see invisible members as well.
