Hi

Hi,

I’m Chris and I’m writing my first abdl-story at the moment, hoping I can post the first chapter in early September. English is not my native language, so there is a chance I will hurt your eyes with awful grammar and spelling (found the spell check button after writing the text  ) and delight you with funny phrases, unknown to the english language, so far. If you notice mistakes, please leave me a short comment, so I can improve my english and spare your eyes from further ‘inconvenience’. I hope I’ll provide you with an interesting story and I look forward becoming part of this community!

Re: Hi

I highly recommend using the spell checker in the program you do your writing in. The builtin spell checker on the board will incorrectly flag a lot of correct spellings.

Re: Hi

What Renko said.

Also, you’ve got a better grasp of my language than a lot of my countrymen. Don’t hesitate to post.

Re: Hi

Agreed, your intro post is better written than some of the stories here. I’m sure you’ll do fine.

Re: Hi

Your English is pretty good and you seem to be a nice, intelligent person. More than enough to do well around here. I look forward to seeing your work.

Re: Hi

Thank you all for your warm welcome, I’m a little bit blushing at the moment. Installing a spell checker in my browser is a little bit impractical cause I need one for my native language too, I can assure you, that I got an english spell checker turned on for my story.

Re: Hi

Based on what you said just a warning: don’t write your story directly on the board. I’ve dealt with way too many messages over the years from people who lost parts of their stories as a result of doing that.

Assuming you’re writing in something like Google Docs or the online version of Microsoft Word a bit of advice: you will lose some of the formatting even when using the full page reply screen instead of the quick reply box. Some of the font and styling tags are disabled because they were being a used. If you use Google Docs let me know as there is a script that will need to be run to cleanup some of the extra code it inserts
