We just got our new year finally. I’m no longer stuck in the past while everyone else is already in 2010…now i’m just as special as everyone else! Woo hoo!

I have two. To go on HRT before or by my 22nd birthday, and to come out to my family before my 22nd birthday.

For me though, I’m not wanting or expecting a positive or negative reaction from them. It will be hard for me to tell them, sure, but the only reason I’m doing it is because I’m going through HRT and one of the requirements to start that in the facility I found online is that I have to live as a woman for three months in public (Thankfully that just means the clothing, and I don’t have to do something ridiculously “prissy” like :stuck_out_tongue: ).

So I’m going to save up some cash and try to buy a few outdoor like outfits (nothing even remotely LG based save for maybe undies), I even found a few cool looking hippy skirts I think I might buy, and hopefully by March or April, I can come out to my mother and start wearing in public. Then once I get used to it, by my birthday I can tell the rest of my family.
