By my own personal code of ethics, there are no such things as taboo words and to ask that I give up some usage of vocabulary to protect your feelings is just as absurd if not more.
The only word I refuse to use is the N word due to it having over 400 years of history and its soul purpose for invention was to deny human status to black people. Other than that, I will never limit my vocabulary, ethics and morality change in vocabulary so I don’t go by its standards. 70 years ago it was one of the most shocking things in the world for a person to say “Damn” in the movie Gone with the Wind, but that’s changed hasn’t it?
Furthermore, the slang usage to imply that an object is gay has nothing to do with homosexuality and you know it.
So…sorry but no. As long as I’m not using it to vocalize hate to a group of people I will use damn near any word I please.

ok i was going to post something trying to explain why the insult “Gay” aint actually an insult, but the more i thought it about it the more i thought that people get ofended way to easilly.

Like whats so offensive about a christmas tree or wishing someone a happy christmas? or a manger? its political correctness gone mad. why should people have to change ther beliefs cos it might “Offend” someone. If your offended by other culture well boo hoo. like fori nstance those strict muslims that make there women dress in those blackrobes ad you cant see there face. well if your a lady and you go to one of those countries you have to dress that way, yet they dont have to dress like us over here.
