I’m a AB and a DL. “19 years old” and from Western Washington, USA. I like to call myself 4 y.o., but I act anywhere between 2 and 4. It just depends on my mood.

I’m not really sure where to go with this yet but whatever. So how long have you worn diapers for? How often do you get to wear them? Sorry I’m new at talking to people about this
I’ve been wearing diapers for like 7 years. Right around 12/13 years old is when I finally got the courage to go to the store and buy my first pack of crappy depends. And boy did I fall in love. <3 I don’t get around to wearing diapers as much as I used to. I have 5 roommates in my house right now and only 1 knows I’m an abdl so running around crinkling in my abu cushies is a bit nerve wracking. Depends makes ‘sillouettes’ which are super soft and comfy to wear in place of underwear on the day to day and especially if I’m worried I might have an ‘accident’. There was probably a good 6 months straight there that I banned underwear and only wore those. It was really nice. Thinking about doing it again, though.
