Oh man, I can’t imagine living like this. I would rather pick the noisy parties and all the loud bass than dealing with this. Thank god I never had any. I never wanted any due to many reasons.

I had the exact same thought. Call the landlord, move out, or kick him out and call the landlord. Someone else also said at ADISC that he was an idiot.

That sucks that you also have to pay for the damage you didn’t do. No wonder he didn’t call his landlord? But he basically spent money anyway fixing the damage.
