Console and Handheld Video Game Tracking Websites?

I was just wondering if there were websites out there, where I can search for console and handheld video games to add to a “list of games I own offline” on that website, as well as list what trophies I have earned and my completion rates for each separate console and handheld video game etc?

Note: Please do not suggest PlayFire, I’m already currently using that website, but they’re being idiotic right now, they won’t let me add any new consoles/handhelds or video games to my video game collection.

There’s always excel.

I prefer websites so I can brag about my collection and show it off to everyone.

You can create an account at Gamespot, then make a list of your collection and it will be view-able by others that look at your profile. As far as I know you can’t make a list of trophies you’ve earned, though.

Sadly this is the deal-ender for me, I NEED to show off what Trophies I have achieved so far, as well as how much playtime I’ve racked up and my completion rates for each game.

No you don’t NEED to show it off. It’s not necessary for your survival.

Why does it matter? A few years from now in your life video game trophies are likely going to become a thing of the past, so why waste all that time and effort into something that not only won’t last, but is one of the most irrelevant aspects of the video game culture to date?

Re: Console and Handheld Video Game Tracking Websites?

See, this is what I don’t get about people. I play a lot of video games, sure. Heck, I would probably be considered pretty good, but why do people need the achievements, the speedruns and all that other crap? Why can’t we play for fun?

Re: Console and Handheld Video Game Tracking Websites?

Achievements are a nice way of marking milestones and a great idea for completionists like myself. But there’s a difference between getting all the achievements (provided they don’t fall under the pretentious waste of time that is skinners box) and sharing/bragging about it to the public.

When I get all the achievements in a game, it’s nice, but it’s for me and me alone.
