Trouble logging on to the Care4baby website. Everything alright unit the Word Capcha device. Then it fails to recognise what has been entered.

It has been scanned this morning and no virus has been detected. It also fails to download files. Always going to timed out message before an 11 minute download. Not sure what else to do?
