Re: can you believe this

Well, my local news has debunked the video pretty hard, and also, it’s an advertisement for headsets… I think… I’m not clicking the link, but reading the web address.

can you believe this

NO!

can you believe this

Fuckin A man.

can you believe this

One word:

Wow.

can you believe this

Here’s another word:

Fake.

You can stash it with your water-powered car videos.

Yes, that is the gist of what I was saying.

Maybe, but water-powered car videos fake? Are we talking about a video that shows a water powered car currently in existence or…new car commercials where they call it an “innovative idea” admitting that they haven’t made it yet.

Geez, this is like the “cook an egg with a cell phone” news story that’s floating around. Which started as a JOKE article in a magazine.

It’s a good gag, but I can’t believe modern people still fall for these jokes.

Still…. Thanks for posting it. I did laugh my butt off.

Yes. That much fake. It’s not an “innovative idea” any more than somebody saying “Hey! What if we made the sky green. Would that solve global warming?” is an innovative idea. It’s one part scam, two parts ignorance of physics (or a way to prey upon those who are).

So water powered cars are physically impossible?

That sucks.

can you believe this

Not physicly impossible per ce but not very likely especially if you want to do anything except go down hill although the hydrogen cars exist they are implausable to mass manufacture and the presurised hydrogen and replacement parts, due to rust damage, would be higher per mile than any other vehical driven on a public licence.

So….many….run-ons.

can you believe this

And so many people stating their rough beliefs as definite fact.

can you believe this

Which beliefs?

can you believe this

I think it was reference to my interpretation of the hydrogen car

note: it was meant to be sarcastic but I’m not good at doing it in writing

can you believe this

There’s a difference between a hydrogen powered car and a water powered car.

Also:

That bit isn’t entirely convincing.

Hydrogen powered contains a very powerful and reactive fuel that when burnt emits water. A water powered is like a water wheel attached to a drive shaft or maybe a presurised canistor blasting water out of the back depending on the design, there are others, allthough the one thing they all have in common is that they usually act like a box cars.
