Probably for couples who want to quite literally have their own bathroom. Either that or the house is so big that there needs to be a bathroom nearby at all times.

Something just occurred to me…the 260+ acres, it says, straddles New York and Connecticut, right? So, do you pay New York property tax, Connecticut’s or both?
I don’t know how Connecticut works their property tax, but I do know in New York State, you pay property tax based on the value of the property, and this one is worth $95,000,000. Somehow I think the tax alone on this land is more than I make in ten years.
