Ok….so, barring how disturbing that clip might be for those that haven’t seen the episode of south park, what if someone here, someone like me decided to record a video of themselves reading a REALLY bad ABDL story, straight face, all serious, as if it were gold material.
This is purely for comedic purposes but it’s an idea I had that sounds like it could be fun.

I would likely pick something at random from dailydiapers, roughly 90% of their stories are nothing but barely literate fap material.

Well it wasn’t as gross as the Human CentIPad episode. I had to go watch the full episode. I really almost threw up from the realistic vomiting sounds they had in the story. Trey Parker and his cowriter are funny and South Park does make fun of everyone.

I’m not surprised it exists. What I am surprised though is the poll results saying that 285 people think the story is at least good or better with 191 of those people ALL voting excellent.

I’ve never posted anything here, so none of them would be, at least not until they open the 2012 contest.
If I understand the rules correctly, it just has to be within the last 6 months to qualify as “new”…

I think those are the rules for the regular chapter based stories as opposed to short stories.
The short stories can involve categories and are short stories written specifically for that contest, not for anything else.

I don’t blame you. 
WBDaddy - a couple things. First, I don’t know why they were “too dirty” for ADisc, but please keep in mind that if they are TOO hard-core, we won’t allow them here either. We removed one such story a couple months ago that was just disgusting. Best rule of thumb to follow there is that a diaper story with a sex scene is ok - a sex story with a diaper scene is not.
Gotcha. Understand, “too dirty” for ADISC = anything remotely sexually explicit, period. Mention sex? OK. Describe it at all? Verboten.
Second, you seem to have contests and rules all mixed up. Story of They Year is simply from stories that have been posted here throughout the year. They don’t have to be new, they just have to have a certain amount posted within this year … I think it may be 10 pages, not sure on that. The Short Story Contest is for stories that have NOT been posted here ever before, and are posted specifically for that contest.
I figured I had it mixed up. Was merely poking at the 90% illiterate fap fic thing, really. There are some excellent, excellent authors that regularly contribute on DD, despite the noise-to-signal ratio being pretty high over there (yes, that was a deliberate juxtaposition).
Freswith’s ongoing series Phone Conversation (ongoing for the last 3 years) is a shining example of really quality literature happening exclusively at that site, and is worth the pit stop into Story Time by itself, though you might should curl up with a warm beverage and a blanket, because you’ll be reading a while…

To be honest, if Jaclyn reads that story in a true audiobook way, I would so die laughing because I know it would have been hard to read it without dying of laughter and trying to keep a straight face.

I’ve done radio and voiceover work in my past, and I don’t think I could read that story “audio book” style without laughing my ass off either…

I think I would die laughing while listening because I could just imagine how many pauses Jaclyn had to do to get that 3 minute read out. I would imagine it took over 45 minutes to read it honestly

Crap…
I apologize for continually delaying this but this’ll have to wait a little longer. My computer is pretty damn ancient and at this point, it won’t even load the video recording software I have anymore for more than a few minutes or so. My PC locked up twice already as I was recording and reading.
I’m getting a bit of money on the 21st or 22nd, roughly 600 bucks and I plan on ordering my new PC until then. So…for now, I’ll have to stick to this shitty ass computer (seriously, it doesn’t have dual core, it has half a gig of RAM, a video card that barely functions, and on top of that, it’s a compaq, VERY well known for making shitty PC’s).
